PGA of America Scholarships

The PGA Financial Assistance Fund Scholarship Program was established in 1986 to provide college scholarships for graduating high school seniors and college students who are the children or grandchildren of PGA member. Since its inception, this program has awarded some $5.1 million to 2,526 students.

Please note PGA Members’ children and grandchildren are also eligible to participate in the Southern Texas PGA Scholarship Program.

Scholarship application deadline is Monday, March 16, 2015 (Postmarked by date).

The scholarship program is an academic based scholarship program that takes into account the following criteria depending on the class level of the student:

High School Graduating Senior:
- High School Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) must be at least 3.4
- ACT and/or SAT test scores
- Extracurricular activities

Current College Student (has not reached senior year)
- College Cumulative GPA must be at least 3.4
- Most recently completed college semester or quarter GPA
- Extracurricular activities
