Thomas Hutton, PGA

Executive Director

Thomas is Executive Director and has been in this role since January of 2018. He
became a PGA Member in January of 2011 after graduating from Methodist University
and the PGA Golf Management Program. He is originally from New Jersey and is a die
hard Yankees and Giants fan. His first full time job was with the STPGA in 2010 when
He was the Director of Junior Golf for 5 years. He then went to serve the Middle Atlantic
PGA as Assistant Executive Director and then the Iowa PGA as Executive Director before
coming back to Texas in his current role.

Thomas loves spending time with his wife, Alex, and two boys Speith and Reid....Alex
came up with the name Speith! Thomas is proud of the work his team continues to do
to serve our Members, grow the game through our programs, and elevate the
association. Two career highlights for Thomas include working the 2012 and 2016
Junior Ryder Cup and then having the STPGA win a national PGA of America award in
2023 for all of our grow the game initiatives!
