Trey Crites

Communications Coordinator

Trey was born and raised in the small farmtown of Taylorville, Illinois and graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Creative Technologies. In classic midwest fashion, growing up playing football and baseball through college, comparable to the movie Varsity Blues. The goal of working in sports started to become a reality after graduation by moving to the South by taking a role with the Northern Texas PGA as both an Operations Intern and a Digital Media Intern. Later, accepting the position as the Communications Coordinator for the Southern Texas PGA in May of 2023.

Despite growing up in the midwest Trey is a die-hard Houston Texans fan and supports the Phillies, and Miami Heat. He has a strong love for sports and loves watching anything competitive at the highest level. Being able to grow and develop his skills while getting to know everyone he can within the Southern Texas PGA has fueled an incredible fire to provide his best work for our Members.
