The 57th STPGA Education Summit & Annual Meeting will take place on Monday, February 17 - Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center in College Station, TX.

At the 57th STPGA Annual Meeting we will be electing the following Board of Directors positions for the 2025-27 term: President, Vice President, Secretary, and At- Large Directors (3).

Please note that Members may still run from the floor during the 57th STPGA Annual Meeting.

The candidates for the Secretary position have gone above and beyond to communicate to you the impact that they hope to have as an Officer on your Board of Directors by creating short videos to highlight their platform.

Per our Constitution, PGA Members in good standing may request New Business to be discussed during the formal Annual Meeting with all members present. All New Business must be submitted by January 31 to Executive Director Thomas Hutton at thutton@pgahq.com.

The STPGA Membership will vote on this Proposed Resolution to the STPGA Constitution during the 2025 Education Summit & Annual Meeting.



The STPGA will celebrate our 2024 Award Winners on Monday, February 17, 2025 beginning with a Cocktail Reception at 6:30 p.m. and dinner/ceremonies at 7:00 p.m. PGA of America Members will be able to purchase tickets for the dinner during the registration process for the Education Summit & Annual Meeting.
