The 2025 STPGA Merchandise Suite Show will take place on Monday, August 18 thru Wednesday, August 20 at The Embassy Suites The Woodlands, 1855 Hughes Landing Blvd, The Woodlands, TX 77380.

STPGA is hosting a suite-style show in the Houston-Metro area. This three-day event is open to vendors, buyers, and PGA of America Members.

For all vendors attending, please Click Here to sign up today! Three elements are needed to officially register. Reserve a room at the hotel, fill out this form, and then make a payment to the STPGA. Once all three items are complete, we will list you on this page.

Check-in and get set up on Sunday afternoon

Check-out by 12 noon on Wednesday.

All are welcome to attend this event from Buyers, PGA of America Members, and industry members. All attendees must register before arriving to help with headcount and overall flow of the event.
